Key Technology

   Our company is equipped with BM-7 inspection system, luminous intensity inspection tool, optic design tools, 23 injection machines and a dustproof injection plant. The technology is featured by LCD back light modules, light transmitted board and optical system for key components, involving optical materials, optical structure and net point structural design for precise molding. With gradient distributed thickness, the light transmitted board is specialized in luminous transmission and density of astigmatistic net point. The whole process includes pre optics design and software use to simulate LED illuminant matching effect, followed by further optics design and precise manufacture of light transmitted board molding as well as the control of injection forming process. The optical material selection is related with luminous brightness and uniformity.
